City of Edmonton Alley Renewal Open House

Edmonton, Alberta, Canada (Amiskwaciy-wâskahikan, ᐊᒥᐢᑲᐧᒋᕀ) which lies on Treaty 6 territory, home to Niitsítpiis-stahkoii (ᖹᐟᒧᐧᐨᑯᐧ ᓴᐦᖾᐟ), Nêhiyaw-Askiy (ᓀᐦᐃᔭᐤ ᐊᐢᑭᕀ), Tsuu T’ina, and Michif Piyii (Métis).

The Lansdowne Community League acknowledges that our home is located within Treaty 6 Territory. Together we acknowledge all the many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit whose footsteps have marked these lands for centuries. We honour, celebrate, and thank the diverse Indigenous Peoples whose histories, languages, and cultures continue to influence our vibrant community and call upon our collective traditions and spirits to work together in building a great community for today and future generations.
